We use a room cleaning and disinfection system that guarantees minimal consumption of water and chemical products.
Water and soft drinks are offered in returnable glass containers.
We prioritise the bulk purchase of raw ingredients used in food preparation.
We purchase from local suppliers, using locally sourced products that are always fresh and of the highest quality. From their origin in our estuaries, fields and Galician farmland, directly to your table.
